1. Overview
All payments for StudentHub are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle handles billing, payment processing, and refunds on our behalf.
This means that when you make a purchase, your transaction is with Paddle, and their Buyer Terms apply to all purchases.
2. Refund Requests
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund by contacting us. All refund requests are reviewed and processed by Paddle on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund, please contact us at support@student-hub.net with your account email and the reason for your request. We will forward your request to Paddle for processing.
3. Processing
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
4. Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
