By accessing or using StudentHub (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
StudentHub is a student productivity and academic dashboard application designed to help users organize, view, and track academic information by integrating with Learning Management Systems (“LMS”) such as Canvas and other third-party platforms.
StudentHub is an organizational tool only and does not replace official academic systems, institutional communications, or academic advising.
3. Educational Disclaimer
StudentHub does not issue, modify, validate, or control academic records, grades, deadlines, or institutional decisions.
Users are solely responsible for:
- Verifying all academic information within their official LMS
- Monitoring official institutional communications
- Complying with institutional academic policies
StudentHub is not responsible for missed deadlines, grading outcomes, academic penalties, or institutional actions.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify StudentHub immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Interfere with platform security or infrastructure
- Reverse engineer or exploit the Service
- Share paid access or access codes
- Transmit malicious software or harmful content
6. Third-Party Integrations
StudentHub integrates with third-party platforms, including LMS providers such as Canvas.
StudentHub does not control third-party systems and is not responsible for their availability, data accuracy, outages, API changes, or service interruptions.
Use of third-party platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies.
7. Payments, Billing & Refunds
Certain features of the Service may require payment. Pricing and features are presented at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed securely through PayPal or other supported payment providers. StudentHub does not store full credit card information.
- You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase
- Subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing period
- You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing
- Pricing may change with reasonable notice

8. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, content, branding, and functionality of the Service are the exclusive property of StudentHub and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.
9. Service Availability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. StudentHub does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudentHub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:
- Academic outcomes or missed deadlines
- Data loss or inaccuracies
- Service interruptions
- Third-party platform failures
In no event shall StudentHub’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
11. Termination
StudentHub may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if continued use may harm the Service or other users.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
StudentHub may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
